What was your last role before you joined Token?
It's irrelevant to this job. But the last technical writer position I had was at GE Healthcare.

Why did you join Token?
To gain new experiences while working at a startup software company.
What do you like most about working at Token?
If you could switch jobs with anyone else at Token, whose job would you want? Why?

What has surprised you the most about working in our industry?
How little people understand money and how we deal with it in our day to day lives.
What's your one prediction for the future of technology?
If America could implement better technology and stop allowing people to sign for their credit card purchases, then I won't get scoffed at by store clerks overseas! I've been lectured at a Primark, shamed in a Boots...
What would you be doing if you pursued another career?
Writing children's books and scholarly articles with titles like The Romantic Comedy Isn't Dead: An Exploration of Female Television Writers and Romantic Comedies in South Korea.
